Oliver Herrgesell is a renown German journalist who currently works for RTL Group's Corporate Communications as Executive Vice-President in charge of Marketing and of Public Affairs.
Olivier Japiot is the director general of the French media authority Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel (CSA). Previously he was legal advisor to the Prime Minister.
Stephan Luiten is Liberty Global Europe's director for Public Policy. In this position he has to look after the interests of the growing cable giant.
Martina Rutenbeck is the managing director of Paris based satellite operator Eutelsat's German subsidies that are based in Cologne. Together with her team she developed KabelKiosk into a leading independent digital program- and service platform for the European cable market.

Tobias Schmid is the Vice-President of the Association of Commercial Broadcasters and Audiovisual Services (VPRT) and head of the department media policy at RTL Television Germany.
